Additional consulting services are available for a fee and tailored to your unique situation.

Mars Consulting Solutions is led by a Certified Dementia Practitioner with over 20 years of hands-on experience in senior living operations and sales. Our background includes leadership in community operations, team development, revenue growth, and compliance—giving us a 360-degree understanding of the senior care industry. This expertise allows us to provide trusted, knowledgeable support to families and professionals alike.

We are a team of passionate, connected individuals committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly.
Through our partnership with The Referralist, we offer access to a broader referral network, creating more opportunities to support our clients with their housing and care needs. We also empower caregivers by connecting them with the resources they need to succeed.

Meet Mars

For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving seniors and their families—guided by one simple belief: our aging loved ones deserve care, dignity, and the right resources to thrive.

My journey in senior care has taken me from the business office to executive leadership, giving me a unique perspective on both the personal and operational sides of aging services. I’ve served as an Executive Director, Operations Specialist, and Regional Sales & Marketing Director, working to enhance quality of care while ensuring that communities remain sustainable, compassionate, and accessible.

These experiences have fueled my passion for making resources available to all seniors and families—not just those who know where to look or how to ask. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Alzheimer’s Association Support Group Facilitator, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside countless families through the challenges of Alzheimer’s and dementia, helping them understand changes in behavior and make informed, compassionate decisions.

Today, as President of the Rotary Club of Stone Mountain, I continue my commitment to service through initiatives that promote education, health, and community well-being.I founded Mars Consulting Solutions to bring all of these experiences together—and to create balance in my own life. Our mission is simple: to provide seniors and their families with clear guidance, compassionate support, and practical solutions—so no one ever feels alone on this journey.

Whether it’s placement support, dementia education, or connecting caregivers with resources, my goal is to be a trusted partner in finding the right path forward.

Because at the heart of it all, it’s the moments of comfort, the smiles from seniors, the relief in caregivers’ eyes, and the reassurance families feel that remind me why I do this work.
